In February of 2020, the Kindred Group secured a 10-year market access deal with Caesars Entertainment. This pact gives Unibet access to states where Caesars Entertainment operates a casino. However, there are no Caesars operations in Michigan. That likely means Unibet will seek to partner with one of the state’s many tribal casinos.
